How fast will my Cloud VPS be ready after I place an order?
After your payment is completed, your Cloud VPS is usually provisioned automatically within a few minutes. You’ll receive an email with your server’s IP address, login details and any additional information you need to get started. In rare cases where we need to manually review an order, activation may take a bit longer.
Is the Cloud VPS managed or unmanaged? What kind of support do I get?
All Cloud VPS plans are unmanaged. That means you have full root access and are responsible for the software and configuration inside your server, while we take care of the underlying hardware, Ceph HA storage, network and DDoS protection. Our support team is available every day from 08:00–20:00 CET to help with infrastructure issues and best-effort guidance.
Which operating systems can I run on my Cloud VPS?
You can choose from a range of Linux distributions, Windows Server options, or even boot from a custom ISO if you have special requirements. If you’re not sure which OS is best for your use case, our team can help you decide before or after ordering.
What does “unlimited bandwidth (fair use)” actually mean?
All Cloud VPS plans include unlimited bandwidth with no per-GB charges. “Fair use” simply means your traffic should be in line with normal production workloads and must not negatively impact other customers or violate our Terms of Service (for example, abusive traffic or attacks). If we ever detect something unusual, we’ll contact you first to find the best solution.
Can I upgrade my Cloud VPS later?
Yes. Thanks to our Ceph HA cluster, you can scale CPU, RAM and storage up later if your project grows or your needs change. Most upgrades are done directly from your client area with minimal interruption; a short reboot of your VPS may be required.
How do backups and daily snapshots work on Cloud VPS?
Every Cloud VPS includes automatic daily backup snapshots stored on our backup server. These snapshots are designed for quick recovery if something goes wrong (for example, a failed update or configuration change). For critical workloads, we still recommend keeping your own additional off-site backups as a second layer of protection.
Where are your Cloud VPS servers hosted?
All Cloud VPS servers are hosted in our datacenter in Slovenia (EU). The infrastructure is connected through high-speed fiber and protected by multi-layer DDoS protection, giving you low-latency connectivity across Europe and a secure environment for your applications.
Do I get IPv4 and IPv6 addresses with my VPS? Can I order more?
Yes. Every Cloud VPS plan includes 1× IPv4 and IPv6 address for free, which is enough for most use cases. If you need additional IPv4 addresses for specific projects, you can contact our support or sales team to discuss availability and pricing.
What if none of the standard Cloud VPS plans match my needs?
If our predefined plans don’t fit your requirements, we can create a custom Cloud VPS configuration just for you. Whether you need significantly more storage, extra CPU/RAM, higher network capacity, additional IP addresses, or more frequent backups, simply contact us by email or phone and we’ll tailor a plan around your needs.
Do I have to commit to a long-term contract?
No, you don’t have to. All Cloud VPS plans are available with monthly billing, and you can stop renewing at any time. If you prefer, you can also choose longer billing cycles (such as annual or biennial) to benefit from lower effective monthly pricing on selected plans.
