To maintain the security, reputation, and integrity of our hosting platform, SMTP ports are blocked by default. This policy prevents misuse such as spamming or other activities that could harm our platform or lead to IP blacklisting.
Blocked SMTP Ports
The following email sending ports are restricted on our platform:
- Port 25
- Port 26
- Port 465
- Port 587
- Port 2525
Why SMTP Ports Are Blocked
These ports are blocked to prevent our platform from being used to send spam emails or conduct malicious activities that could result in blacklisting of our IP addresses. This protects the reputation and deliverability of all services hosted on our platform.
Requesting SMTP Access
If you have a legitimate need to send emails through your VPS using SMTP, you can request an exception:
- Submit a Support Ticket: Contact our support team through our Support Ticket System
- Provide Proof of Legitimate Use: Explain your use case in detail with supporting documentation
- Investigation and Approval: Our team will review your request and may whitelist the necessary ports if approved
Approval is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of our support team. Using SMTP ports without prior approval violates our Terms of Service.
