How Our Payment Policy Works
- Initial Suspension
- If an invoice becomes overdue, your NextCloud Storage service will be automatically suspended
 - During suspension, you cannot access your files, but they remain safely stored on our servers
 - All your data is preserved during the suspension period
 
 - Grace Period
- After suspension, you have a 30-day grace period to settle any unpaid invoices
 - Your files remain intact during this entire period
 - Once payment is received, your service will be reactivated immediately
 - You will regain full access to all your stored files
 
 - Service Termination
- If payment is not received within the 30-day grace period, the service will be terminated
 - After termination, all stored data will be permanently deleted
 - This process cannot be reversed, so please ensure you have backed up any important files

- Keep your payment information up to date to avoid service interruption
 - Set up automatic payments to prevent accidental suspension
 - If you anticipate payment difficulties, contact our support team before the due date
 - Back up critical files regularly, regardless of payment status
